BOMC allows a unique environment for clients to manufacture and fabricate their specialist project equipment on site in a secure wharf facility, connected directly to deep water berths.

The BOMC facility and our rear logistics yard is designed to allow spooling operations with a spool line length of up to 2km. The spool pathway is managed as a normal access roadway in normal day-to-day operations which can be segregated and adapted to allow specific project spooling operations when required.

The berth configurations allow for vessels to berth stern to in a safe secure position to allow vessel to take on board cargo on a 24/7 basis. In addition, vessels can also undertake other operations concurrently whilst at berth.

Infrastructure includes:

• Purpose built 218m long production hall for secure clean welding operations
• Ready rack station (20m x 15m)
• Production building totalling 15 work stations (8m x 198m)
• Tie in station with 2 work stations (8m x 20m)
• Stalk racks – length 1,850m (length) x 31m (width)
• Ground bearing capacity site plate testing on site varies up to 30T/m2 
• Expert equipment on site for pipe handling includes excavators, dozers, vacuum lifts, etc.
